A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required with the booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
A holding deposit of £100 will be required from the renter, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period on condition that the apartment is left in good order, otherwise any repairs or replacements will be deducted and the balance refunded.
