Use of Pool Heating - £15 per Day

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required with the booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the rental.

A holding deposit of £200 will be required from the renter, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period on condition that the apartment is left in good order, otherwise any repairs or replacements will be deducted and the balance refunded.
