There are two airports for arrival in Orlando.  The main International Airport is Orlando MCO, which is about 35 minutes drive to the villa.  The second airport is Sanford, which is much smaller and handles mainly charter flights, and is about 60 minutes drive to the villa.  Travelling from the airports is by means of Toll roads, where it is necessary to stop and pay a toll at various stages.
